This is Stephanie. She’s got that “happy mommy” glow about her, that makes a photographer feel inspired. We spent a few hours at the park and captured these fun images:
Can you believe how lucky I am to keep getting these beautiful clients? It’s hard to take a bad picture of any of them! Stephanie is due in July and will be calling me to take pictures of her little one when he/or she arrives! I can’t wait to share!
Remember this gorgeous couple? (Click here) Well they had a baby girl, and Peyton arrived early. She is a tiny little thing, and so much fun to be around. I was very excited to get to take her pictures within only a few weeks of her birth. Here are some of my favorites:
How sweet is she?!?!!? My job is such fun! Even though it looks like it, she didn’t sleep much when I was there, and she wasn’t really sure about my giant camera in her face, so she wasn’t having most of it. (I don’t think she cared for all my hats either!) :o) But I am hoping to do another session soon so I can get more of her interacting with mom and dad. I’ll be sharing those too, I’m sure!

I recently heard of the is cute site that has weekly photography challenges. They welcome professional and amateur photographers alike, and allow you to enter the contest by sharing photos on your own blog. This weeks theme is silhouettes, so I wanted to enter my recent maternity shot.
This post is to allow me to enter, but to also tell all of you aspiring/ and professional photographers to enter too! You can only enter on Tuesday and Wednesday, so hurry with your entry, but if you miss this weeks challenge, watch for next weeks!

I had another maternity session this weekend. Cari and Robert were so much fun to work with, and so photogenic! I loved so many of their images, that I couldn’t wait to share them on the blog and in my portfolio. Just take a look at these two:
Can you believe she is eight and a half months pregnant?!?!? I bet that baby (Peyton, a baby girl) is going to inherit some great genes from these two! Both Mom and Dad are such lookers, they made it hard NOT to be inspired! We talked about doing a newborn session when the baby is born, so I’m hoping to share her pictures very soon! (She’s due in early July). I can’t wait to squeeze the cheeks of all these cute babies coming in the next few months! :o) Good luck to you Robert and Cari!
I mentioned several posts ago that my sister Lindsey is expecting her second baby. Baby “Ryder” is due July 18th, and we are all anxiously awaiting his tiny fingers and toes, and that heavenly baby smell that new babies have. I’m hoping Ryder will bless me with some baby magic, in hopes that I may someday soon, have my own baby to smell. :o)
Lindsey and Nate were married (I think?) two years ago now, and Nate inherited my gorgeous niece Lauren, whom was Lindsey’s from a previous *accident*. They have been together for years and Lauren has pretty much known him as “Dad” for all of them. That’s why when we decided to take maternity pictures of Lindsey, it was important to incorporate Lauren and Nate in those photos too.
I had two sessions with Lindsey and family… one about a month ago when we took some for her baby shower invites, and another just yesterday when she was a little “rounder” than last month. :o) I thought I would share some of the pictures with all of you.
