I was tagged this last week by a few of my favorite bloggers to list seven random facts about myself. So I thought I would play along and hope you all may be interested!

1. I work in my pajamas. I usually will stay in them all day unless Josh is unable to ship out my orders for the day, in which case I have to go take a shower, get dressed and ship them myself. (Poor me, I know!)

2. I love getting the mail. I won’t let Josh get the mail from the mailbox or look through it until after I have had a chance to look first. It’s almost like getting presents, you know?

3. The name "Sadie Olive" was picked by Josh and I for our (someday) daughter. "Sadie" is a nickname for "Sara" and they both mean "a little princess", which I hoped to share with my daughter. And "Olive" because I love "old lady names" (as I like to call them) and Josh LOVES Olives.

4. No one has ever called me "Sadie" before I started the business, and now at least three people a day call me "Sadie" via email or this blog. :) I don’t really mind at all, since I have never really had a "nickname" before. (At least not one I liked!). 

5. My sisters and their husbands are my best friends. Aside from my husband, there is no one I would rather spend time with then the six of them.

6. When Josh is away on business I can hardly manage to feed myself and I live off t.v. dinners or microwave burritos. (Which is what I have been eating this whole week). I am not a good cook, but mostly it’s laziness.

7. My new found love is a game called "Guitar Hero III", for Playstation 2 (a video game). My sisters and their husbands all play and I am practicing this week so we can compete next time I see them! I prettied up my guitar for this post. :)

Those were all cute tag answers, but you had Sara Lee and Sara soda as nick names…you dont like those???? heeheehee

Dee Ann Allen - I only learned about blogging after the Romantic Homes articles about you and others. This is the best–people who enjoy the same things and I get to read about them–almost like reading a book. Thanks.

went to borders today to pick up my “sadie olive” featured romantic homes & much to my dismay they did not have it yet…sigh.
but i was just wondering today where the name sadie olive came from…i love it!

Deb - Great 7 random things list Sara. I think the name Sadie Olive is beautiful (loved the story behind it). Just picked up the March Romantic Homes ~ absolutely gorgeous – Congratulations again. Hannah looks adorable !

Elizabeth Bugay - I love Guitar Hero. It’s a great game to play with your family. I laughed out loud at your mail comment. That describes how I feel about mail – it’s like receiving presents, particularly when there are cards and magazines.

Julia - Just when you think your the only one in the whole universe that is nuts about being the one to collect the mail!! I have loved getting the mail since I was little and it truly is the one thing I get a little obsessed with. Very funny.

Sarah W - too cute. sadie is the name of our (someday) daughter. my husband and i have been struggling with infertility for 3 and half years. i love your blog and find so much inspiration here.

its funny how much we have in common…but your name is naked without the “h” at the end. hehehe, kind of a long story.

Katy - That’s a great name for your someday daughter! It would fit all stages of her life. (So many that you hear these days will sound strange when they are grown-ups)
“Katy” IS my nickname. Real name: Mary Kate – and I’ve had it way longer than the Olson child has.
