Shipping policies, returns, and exchanges:
Green Policies: In order to save paper we do not include your reciept in your shipment, however your reciept is emailed to you instantly at the time you place your order.
You may wish to save or print that email if you desire a hard copy of your receipt. Our packaging is made from recycled materials, including our peanuts, which are biodegradable and made from
100% recycled content.
Shipping: We ship via ground delivery, most often using UPS. Standard delivery
time is 5 -7 business days. If all of the items you
order are in stock, your order will ship the same week
as you place your order. Rush delivery options
are available upon request.
International orders are quoted our best guess at shipping charges, if we are more than a few dollars
too short, you will be contacted to pay for the difference in cost via paypal. At that time, you may
choose to cancel your order (if you feel the shipping charges are too high) before the item
is shipped. If you would like a quote before placing an order, please send us a message and we will
do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to the high expense of international shipping, your order is not insured when shipped internationally.
We take great care in packaging your order, and extra precautions are taken for fragile items, however if an item breaks
in transit, we are not responsible for the cost of that item or it's replacement. You may request
to purchase optional insurance by contacting us prior to shipment. (This will be billed for via paypal).
Alaska, Hawaii and other non-continental US territories: shipping charges will be quoted
after receipt of order via a paypal invoice.

If incorrect shipping charges are calculated, we reserve
the right to adjust the total amount of your order to
reflect the true shipping charges. On occasion to avoid
adjusting your charges, we may chose another delivery
service that will be comparable with your pre-paid
shipping charges.
Returns:
All returns are subject to prior approval. If you would
like to discuss returning an item, please send an email to
returns@sadieolive.com
to allow us an attempt at first resolving the issue.
Please do not return an item without authorization.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All
returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and must be received back within 30 days of the date of your original purchase. No exceptions.
Return shipping fees will be at the customers expense.
Gift certificates and design work are non refundable items. Please see
our
terms and conditions for
design work policies.
Damages:
If an item is damaged in transit, please send us an email
immediately. Photos will be requested of both the damaged items and their packaging. Once photographed, re-package the item using all of the
original packing material. We will schedule an
inspection with UPS, or file the claim with the USPS and the item will be returned to
Sadie Olive. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Sadie
Olive will either issue a credit to your account or
replace the item upon request. |
