Win A Spot

I’ve mentioned it before, but I am working hard on getting images and video ready for the Creatively Made Home e-course I will be co-hosting next month with my friends, Kimberly Taylor, Jeanne Oliver, Tracey Leber, and Jennifer Rizzo. I really can’t put into words what each of these ladies means to me. They each have their own unique style and set of gifts that never ceases to excite and amaze me. I am honored and humbled to be teaching along side such talented women whom I so proudly call friends. Here is just a small glimpse inside each our homes…

The five of us will each be sharing project videos, ideas, and images that cover a wide variety of home related topics. From how we each pick paint colors, who inspires our design tastes, our go to recipes for easy entertaining, and so much more. We each have strengths in different areas and chose to record videos that reflect our unique abilities and style.

This course isn’t a simple “how-to” video on decorating. It’s more about gathering inspiration from five uniquely talented women, learning a few tips and tricks from each of us, and taking away ideas and stories that can easily translate into your own homes and lives. Our hope is that every one who takes our course feels that they get to “know” us on a more intimate and personal level that you just can’t achieve through a blog alone.

I personally will be sharing some videos that show off my strengths… including a “how-to” video with downloadable instructions on how I created my vintage mangle cloth crib bumper, my top five Photoshop tips and tricks for editing photos, and several other videos that I won’t give away details on just yet… I will also be sharing NEW images of my home that I’ve never shared before. Images of the changes I’ve been making lately that I’ve held off sharing with anyone until after the course is launched.

This is a FIVE week course that shares new videos with registered users every Monday. You can watch the videos in your own time, and at your own pace. The posted videos will remain up and available to you for FOUR WHOLE MONTHS. You can watch them again and again, in any order, and at any time of day.

* Each week you will have amazing truthful videos from not only the five teachers but other creative women.

* There will be 50+ project videos. (videos that include everything from gardening, cooking, gift giving and decorating.)

* There will be written tips from each woman telling you how she starts a room, picks paint, fabrics, etc.

* Tons of beautiful and inspiring house photos from each of the five women.

* Videos that truly reflect what life is like in each of their homes.

* Each woman will share their own truthful journey about how they started making their home a reflection of their hearts.

* Each person registered will get an easy entertaining e-book to download. It will contain go to recipes for beautiful and easy entertaining, photos of table settings that take the stress out of having people over, favorite drinks and much more.

* There will be a private Facebook group to connect with other class members.

* There will be a once a week live discussion with one of the teachers!

* You will get printables and pdfs to keep and use again and again.

* As a class participant we will ask each of YOU to submit photos of YOUR home. Each week we will pick a room from one of YOU and all five of us will give our suggestions telling you how we would transform the room with our style.

This course will lavish you with ideas, beauty, inspiration, joy and encouragement!  There are women registered for this course from all over the world. It’s a wonderful way to connect with other class members who share your interests.

I would absolutely love to win a place on your course. Home decor is one of my passions and I think your course would give me the kick in the pants to get motivated to make my home what it should and could be. I’m a student studying teaching so funds are limited otherwise I would have purchased a subscription to your course. Rachael xo

As I sit here looking around my home, I am envisioning all the tips, techniques, and style I could add from the e-course! I decorate using rustic and quirky vintage finds. But, I am looking to becoming more of a risk taker when it comes to decorating. Thanks!

Lori - September 4, 2012 - 4:23 am

This course is so appealing to me as I start on a new adventure of blogging. I’m a decorator by trade but sometimes you need a new set of eyes!

Michelle Albright - September 4, 2012 - 4:32 am

I would love to win a spot to this course because I’ve been in my home for 20 years and never really completed any of my decorating goals for any room. They never get finished because I never really know how. I think this course would help finally put it all together :)

Heidi - September 4, 2012 - 4:33 am

I would love to win this course. I have been in my home 11 years and I am a single mom with 2 daughters. I have slowly worked on changes but it is an old home and I could use some help in the ideas department.

Cheryl M - September 4, 2012 - 5:34 am

Oh how perfect this would be. I’ve been procrastinating redecorating a few rooms in our older home. I have a number of antiques and would LOVE to learn just what and where to place them for the most effectiveness.
Thanks for the opportunity!

Laura Ingalls Gunn - September 4, 2012 - 11:52 am

Recently our family moved into a “new to us” house that is very much builders grade. Each of the rooms in some way need to be transformed to feel more like “our home”.

Thank you for this generous opportunity.

Emily - September 4, 2012 - 1:46 pm

It would be so awesome to win a spot in this class. Since I have five little ones I rarely get time for myself and this would be a perfect way to get some “me” and learn about things I love from very talented women. Hope I win!

SuZeQ - September 4, 2012 - 7:46 pm

Ohhhhhhhhh these women are some of my faves, too. I love all of your decorating styles and I know I could learn a thing or two from each of you. What an honor it would be to win. Thank you for the opportunity.

Hi: I would just love to win a spot in this course. I saw you on the Nate show and kept you in my favorites ever since. I love to decorate and entertain but getting a chance to see what you ladies do would be so wonderful. I have two children off to college this year, so I have alittle extra time on my hands, but not alot of extra cash, so a complimentary course would be fabulous!

I LOVE my home but struggle with combining the things I love in a cohesive way. I love being creative and being a SAHM, so having a home filled with the things we all love fills me with joy.
Money is tight right now, so I really can’t afford to take the class, I appreciate the chance.
Thankyou :)

I would love to win a spot in this class because I feel like I’ve lost my drive to create something new and exciting in my home. It seems like all I have time for anymore is trying to catch up with the cleaning…and never get to the point of creating something fresh for my Home.

Susan Heffernan - September 12, 2012 - 6:25 am

Sara, I have admired your style (as well as Kim, Jeanne and Jennifer) for quite some time and have followed your blogs faithfully. I live in a small village in Ontaio, Canada. I have thought about starting my own blog (very few Canadian bloggers that I have found)but lack the courage to take that step. I work full-time in health care and am not sure how much time I could devote to a blog. But I keep doing projects and recording them just in case. I would love to take your e-course for new inspiration! I have trouble committing to a decor style and need direction. Thanks!
